Introduction

Flagon is a developer platform for operating your whole system: a single place to bring your projects and tools together, understand what's happening across them, and act on it, from the dashboard, the API, or an AI assistant. It's powerful with AI, and great without it.

Use it hosted at app.flagon.io, or run the whole thing yourself. It is open source and self-hostable end to end.

The idea

Your work is spread across a dozen tools. Flagon's job is to pull that together into one system you can operate and reason about, with AI wired through all of it. The point is not another dashboard to check; it's to ask "what changed across everything this week?" and get a real answer, grounded in your actual data.

Everything runs on a few ideas:

• One place, many surfaces. Anything you can do in the dashboard you can do by asking the assistant, or over the API and MCP. Same operations, same permissions, three front doors.
• AI over your real data, safely. The assistant acts as you, with your scopes, and changes are proposed for you to confirm. AI is a first-class way to operate Flagon, not a bolt-on.
• Open and yours. Self-hostable, permission-scoped, and built in the open.

What you can do today

• Create and manage organizations and invite members with scoped roles.
• Create projects to organize the systems you operate.
• Mint API tokens with fine-grained scopes, and drive everything programmatically or over MCP.
• Ask the assistant to do any of the above, and to read these docs, for you.

Where it's going

Flagon is growing into the hub for your whole engineering system: connected context across your tools, metrics and insights, agents and orchestration with humans in the loop, and the governance to run AI safely over real data. Those areas are marked Soon in the navigation as they land.
